Public health insurance covers at least €33.70 of the costs of psychotherapy. Depending on the contract, private health insurance companies then cover up to 100% of the remaining costs.

The initial consultation serves as an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore our options. Here, we will establish the framework for our future collaboration. Your individual concerns, needs, and problems will be carefully discussed and will serve as the basis for further cooperation.

*The duration of a single psychotherapy session with me in my practice or via video/audio is 50 minutes.

Psychotherapy, like the initial consultation, is subject to strict confidentiality, which is enshrined in law. Everything that happens in the sessions and everything you say remains confidential.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel it at least 48 hours in advance by phone or text message. The premises and the time slot are reserved for you and cannot be used by anyone else. Therefore, I ask for your understanding that appointments not canceled in time will be charged.
